How to use Jade Roller?

Jade rolling is a simple technique derived from Chinese beauty rituals using a roller to apply pressure to your skin and underlying tissue, creating movement beneath the surface. Overly aggressive usage of a Jade roller may wind up doing more harm than good. 

So instead of pushing the tool back and forth in every way work in a specific direction depending on what you are trying to target. After hydrating your skin to prep, follow the steps for face rolling below:

• Jawline and neck: Start with the neck to open channels of circulation. Place the roller in the back at the top of your neck, and roll downwards along the sides. Then, move to the front and roll from the jawline down to the collarbone.
• Nose, lips and cheeks: Using the large roller, work from the nose out to the ear. Continue with upper lip, lower lip and the chin. At the chin follow along the lower jawline to under the earlobe. Then repeat with the other side.
• Forehead: From the centre of the forehead, moving either left or right, begin at the hairline, rolling slowly towards the ear. Repeat 3 to 6 times over the same area.
• Eyes: Using the small roller, work the lids and under-eye area. Continue rolling in strips from the corner of the eye to the ear with the small side of the roller.
